La canción empieza con algunas manifestaciones que hubo en Chile en octubre 2019 (Estallido Social). Luego se escuchan frases incoherentes sobre la pandemia y el coronavirus dichas por el (ahora ex) Ministro de salud "Jaime Mañalich". Finalmente, Sebastián Piñera, el presidente de Chile, establece un Estado de Catástrofe en todo el territorio nacional como parte de un plan sanitario.

The song starts with some demonstrations there were in Chile in October 2019. Then it procedes with incoherent statements said by the (now former) Health Minister "Jaime Mañalich" about the pandemic and Corona-Virus. Finally, Sebastian Piñera, President of Chile, shows up in order to establish a State of Emergency/Catastrophe in the whole country as a health measure (Estado de Catástrofe).
